Message	however, check with your local laws regarding liens, involuntary transfer of title (as in abandoned vehicle - since he is not returning your calls), and also if legally, you can work on someone's car as well. In some areas you are required to be certified, have a license and liability/etc insurance in order to work on vehicles. Varies from state to state and you may not want to bring this to light in front of the wrong eyes.
